Responsibility for Content
Clients are responsible for the content and information they provide to Society Unlocked LLC. This includes any sensitive or proprietary information. Society Unlocked LLC reserves the right to remove or modify any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates these terms and conditions.
Platform Operational Responsibilities
Society Unlocked LLC is committed to providing timely and effective support. Support requests submitted through designated channels are generally responded to within 24 hours. Resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. The support team will work to ensure that your experience is smooth and beneficial.
Confidentiality
Society Unlocked LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information. Information will only be used to deliver services and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required to provide the service or comply with law.
Payment Terms
Clients must pay for services according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of service. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time, with or without cause. Clients will be charged for services up until the date of termination.
Billing and Payments
Purchases are due and payable upon billing. Charges must be paid in full even if you request verification of items. Delinquent accounts may be subject to interest, late fees, suspension, or termination.
Charges are final unless disputed in writing within sixty days of the billing date.
You agree to comply with Automated Clearing House Association rules for any electronic payment transactions. You must maintain sufficient funds to cover any debits.
You agree to indemnify Society Unlocked LLC against claims arising from equipment failures, third party banking issues, or noncredit of deposits.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact Society Unlocked LLC within sixty days of the bill containing the disputed charge. Refunds or adjustments will not be issued for charges older than sixty days at the time of notification.
You may withhold only the disputed portion of a bill during the investigation. Non disputed charges must still be paid by the due date.
Society Unlocked LLC will notify you of the result of the inquiry. If a portion remains owed, payment must be made within fifteen days or your service may be terminated. Withheld payments may be subject to late fees at the highest rate allowed by law.
Discounts and Promotions
Unless stated otherwise, discounts, promotions or additional benefits apply only during the initial contract period. They do not apply if the agreement becomes month to month, if you change packages, or if the agreement is renewed or canceled.
All discounts and promotions may change at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Society Unlocked LLC is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services. This includes loss of profits, loss of data or any consequential damages.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Society Unlocked LLC and its employees harmless from claims related to use of the services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, where Society Unlocked LLC is located.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Society Unlocked LLC may modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified in a timely manner. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
